How Can painful Itchy Spots On The Scalp Be Treated?
I have scalp irritation, no hair loss, have had for almost 20 years. Dermatologist treating with medicated shampoo and other topical sprays. Medical dr told me to quit using all of them and us tea tree shampoo. Have several spots, one very painful to touch. Lots of itching and dry scalp.

I have gone through your complaints and you seem to be having scalp folliculitis.
I would recommend you to take capsule Doxycycline and tablet Cetirizine.
Apply Benzoyl Peroxide gel on the affected areas.
